Each week we will have a session that lasts approximately an hour and a half, but the first session is often longer. We will look at where you are now, and I’ll take a brief history from you.
We will have a chat about how I work and how to get the best from these sessions. You might also be asked to complete some tasks in your own time ready for your next session.
In week two, we look at the change work that might help you. This can include Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques, hypnotherapy, or some of the exercises that I’ve found beneficial in strategic life coaching. There is no set structure as this is not a one-size-fits-all course, everyone needs help with different aspects of recovery.
Depending on how you are feeling in week three, it’s always good to start goal setting and planning for the life you want to have and how you would really want to spend your time in the future. We will look at the ways to get you there and lay out a structured plan that you can follow.
In week four, we will discuss and revisit some tools and strategies to help you ride out those urges and be prepared in advance for any challenging times.
I will also invite you to join our private Facebook community where you can share your journey and maybe even inspire others along the way. Included in the course is a monthly check-in session of an hour for the next three months so I can continue to help you thrive!
