More About The Programme
Each week, we will have a betting behaviour coaching session lasting around an hour and a half, although the first session is often longer. In this first meeting, we will explore where you are now with your betting habits and I will take a brief history to understand your situation.
We will also talk about how I work as a betting mindset coach and how you can get the most from these sessions. You may be given simple betting self-control tasks to complete in your own time, helping you prepare for your next session and continue building responsible betting strategies between meetings.
In week two, we focus on betting behaviour change work designed to help you move forward. This can include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, hypnotherapy, and
targeted exercises I’ve found highly effective in strategic life coaching for betting mindset transformation.
There is no rigid structure, as this is not a one-size-fits-all programme. Everyone requires support with different aspects of responsible betting habits, betting resilience, and impulse
control, so each session is tailored to your individual needs.
In week three, depending on how you are feeling, we begin goal setting and future planning for the life you want to create—free from unhelpful betting habits. We explore how you truly want to spend your time and energy, then develop a structured, personalised plan to guide you towards lasting betting behaviour change and lifestyle transformation.
In week four, we revisit and refine the tools, strategies, and mindset techniques that strengthen betting self-control. You will learn how to ride out urges, build betting resilience, and prepare in advance for any potentially challenging situations, ensuring you stay confident and in control.
You’ll also be invited to join our private online community, a supportive space where you can share your progress, exchange experiences, and even inspire others on their journey towards responsible betting habits and betting mindset change.
As part of the programme, you’ll receive a monthly one-hour check-in session for the next three months. These follow-ups allow me to continue supporting your betting resilience, impulse control, and overall progress—helping you stay on track and thrive long after the main sessions have finished.
